1. Registrations

 

* WPSA members are obliged to mention Country branch name together with their personal WPSA code.

 

Please note that your membership payment must be fully paid in order to be able to take advantage of the WPSA Member registration rates.
If this could not be verified, your registration will be changed to that of a Non WPSA-member and the price difference invoiced to you.

 

* Confirmation of eligibility as a student is already in place within the registration system and will still be required.

 

* Accompanying person registration fee can only be booked as a part of a full congress paying delegate.
Max. 2 accompanying persons can be registered with one regular participant.
Accompanying persons are spousal partners and family members. Business or company partners or colleagues cannot be accepted as accompanying persons.

 

*At the end of the registration form please do not forget to fill in your personal information by clicking your name.

 

*In case you wish to book any of the additional services, you are welcome to fill the form again by using the same name and e-mail you used for the first time.

2. Group registrations

 

Groups assume to have more than 5 participants.

Please pay attention that regular registration fees will be applicable for group forms sent after the 30th of April 2018, as well as late registration fees will be applicable after the 1st of August 2018.

3.Accommodation

 

Since September is still high season in Dubrovnik, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

 

Hotel Valamar Lacroma is the conference venue and the other Valamar hotels are located in closest vicinity to conference venue, not more than 3 to 5 minutes’ walk.
Accommodation prices mentioned in registration form are special group discounted prices provided for conference participants.

4.Gala dinner and Technical visit

 

Gala dinner (19th Sept 2018), price per person: 90,00 EUR

 

Gala dinner will take place on 19th September 2018 in one of the most interesting Dubrovnik city centre sites. Enjoy nice and tasty dishes accompanied with great music and have some fun with your colleagues and friends for the last night of the conference.

 

 

 

Technical visit (21st Sept 2018), price per person: 55,00 EUR

 

Technical visit is planned for 21st September 2018. Visiting poultry farm near the Metković city, you will be able to get a “wow effect” by getting the view to the wonderful Neretva Valley.
Technical visit will be a full day tour incl. transfer and lunch.

 

*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ! When requiring croatian visa you are obligated to mark „mutiple entries requested“ as this is the only way for passing the border (Neum coridor)

 

 

 

We encourage you to register as soon as possible as number of places are limited.

 

5. Payment

 

Payment will be possible by bank transfer or credit card.

 

Payments by bank transfer: after registration form filled in successfully,  to your e-mail automatically will be sent New Order Status : Offer.

In this Offer will be mentioned all the bank data needed to make the bank transfer payment. When payment registered to our bank account, you will receive to your e-mail automatically Order Status : Paid massage and Ticked ID confirming your registration process as finished.

Official invoice will be also sent to your e-mail when payment made and registered to our bank account.

The Offer will be valid for 7 days and will expire in case payment not made. If this happens, kindly contact us via e-mail info@adria-congress.com and we will extend your registration.

 

Payments by credit card: you will be automatically transferred to the site where you can fill in your credit card data.

We kindly ask you to pay attention in case having any financial limits to your credit card because credit card transaction might not pass.

 

Bank transfer payments can be made in Euro.

Since credit card payments have to be made in Croatian Kuna, amount in Euro will be automatically transferred to Kuna.

 

6. Cancelation policy

 

Registration:
– cancellations before the 1st of June 2018 – a 75% refund of the paid amount
– cancellations from the 2nd of June until the 1st of July 2018 – a 50% refund of the paid amount
– cancellations after the 2nd of July 2018 – cancellations will be accepted with no money refunds

 

Accommodation:
– cancellations before the 1st of June 2018 – free of charge
– cancellations from the 2nd of June until the 1st of July 2018 – a 50% refund of the paid amount
– cancellations after the 2nd of July 2018 – cancellations will be accepted with no money refunds

 

Gala dinner, technical visit, tours and excursions:
– cancellations before the 1st of June 2018 – free of charge
– cancellations from the 2nd of June until the 1st of July 2018 – a 50% refund of the paid amount
